Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Bomboloni


Our Bomboloni – little doughnut dumplings – have finally arrived for home delivery! Our chef invented our version of Italian Bomboloni about 6 years ago (the concept has already won an award!) and they’ve been a hit at our Borough Market Kitchen and many restaurants ever since.

What they are: A sweetened potato gnocchi dumpling on the outside (flavoured with some cocoa powder) with a soft hazelnut milk chocolate cream on the inside. They need just 2-3 minutes of frying (or pan-frying) to get them crispy on the outside. The hardest part is waiting for them to cool down before devouring! Serve fresh and still slightly warm for breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert and you’ll be sure to impress.
