Fusilli Egg Pasta


Fusilli is a type of spiral-shaped pasta with diagonally cut ends. The twists and turns are good for holding rich and chunky pasta very well. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat flour and it features a high egg content (28%). Fusilli is traditionally cooked al dente. This is a very versatile pasta as it can be cooked and served in many ways. Traditionally is boiled and served with a sauce. However you can also bake in the oven or serve it cold as a pasta salad.
