La Tua Pasta’s seasonal Chestnut Tagliatelle are made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Chestnut flours and feature a high Free Range egg content (30%). The Chestnut flour, sourced from Italy, is a seasonal delicacy that produces the most delicious and light pasta with a mildly nutty flavour. Try tossing your Chestnut Tagliatelle with mushrooms or aubergines, or go meaty by serving with a ragu – wild boar and duck if we may give you a suggestion.
