Capers in Salt (Frantoio Sant’Agata)- 70g


These fine Italian capers are made by a small oil mill located in the picturesque village of Sant`Agata d`Oneglia. They are selected by hand and prepared to be preserved in coarse sea salt following a traditional method. Unlike other preservation methods, sea salt preservation helps retaining capers flavor and crunchy texture far better. Capers are great to enhance dishes flavour.
