We always get excited when we find a small artisanal producer that makes their products the old fashioned way – and that produces something so exceptional it’s hard to find an equal in the marketplace. We met the team at La Latteria some time ago (they are our neighbours in London!) and we fell in love with their products. Like us they used to produce mainly for top-end restaurants across London. It’s taken us some months to figure out how to bring their superfresh, made-to-order products to your doorstep (in our box) but we’re finally there! We promise you that you won’t be disappointed! And remember their products are super versatile, and can be used as antipasti, or together with pasta… though from the feedback we’ve had so far their cheese doesn’t make it to the main course as it get gobbled up well before then!
