If you prefer them crispy, just pan-fry them in butter.

About Beetroot Gnocchi
Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.
Made fresh daily with premium quality Italian ingredients.
Suitable for vegans*: this pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.
Cooking Instructions
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Beetroot Gnocchi and:
- Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
- Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
Alternatively, Deep Fry for 2-3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Potato Puree Contains: Potato Flour 70% (Potatoes, Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), Antioxidants: Ascorbyl Palmitate (E 304i), Sodium Metabisulphite (E223), Citric Acid, Turmeric, Carrot Extract), Maize Starch, Soft Wheat Starch, Salt, soft Wheat flour.
Dusted with rice flour.
