Our chefs use a traditional and simple Italian recipe to create our Artisan Spicy Tomato Sauce in our London pastificio. Our Tomato Sauce is slow-cooked with fresh basil, onions, garlic, and chilli, without the use of any artificial preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers. This sauce pairs well with all of our fresh plain pasta, and makes a delicious base for any other sauces you want to create.

Bring to a gentle boil whilst stirring. Ensure sauce is pipping hot, above 65ºC when serving.
