This anchovy fillets are made by a small oil mill located in the picturesque village of Sant`Agata d`Oneglia. Anchovies are filleted, salt-cured, and then stored in olive oil according to an old traditional recipe and they are ideal as aperitif or salads but also to add a chick to your pasta sauces. This anchovy fillets will definitely satisfy sophisticated palates.
