Ever since we began as a small family business we have crafted all of our pasta with Italian authenticity and integrity in mind.

Therefore we pride ourselves on being a true pastificio, which means we make our pasta and fillings in our own kitchen from scratch. Every piece of Tortelloni is folded lovingly by hand.

Pasta has always brought families and friends together. It is a simple, nourishing food with a knack for calming the mind and making everyone feel better.

We are on a mission to help people discover the whole world of pasta by combining traditional and regional pasta recipes that use seasonal vegetables, a variety of meats, specialty cheeses, and seafood.

What sets our products apart is that we source the finest ingredients and make all of our own pasta and fillings by hand.

First we turn fresh, seasonal produce into the perfect pasta filling. We clean, chop, and slow-cook to accentuate the flavour. No pellets, no preservatives, and no colourants.

Second; the pasta! Only the very best will do, using the freshest base materials. The eggs – which make up 30% of our pasta – are a rich, bright orange. The Italian flour we use is finely milled to create the right texture and bite.

When you source all your own ingredients, use your own recipes, and make everything yourself, you are truly a pastificio.

From flour to eggs, cheeses and vegetables, we carefully source only the finest quality raw materials and ingredients.

We only work with
suppliers where we are confident of the quality and consistency of the ingredient. We don’t add any preservatives, colourants, additives or flavour enhancers.

Every cook knows that great dishes can only be made with great ingredients.

We believe that to know your ingredients you need to know your farmers, their fields and how the produce is grown. At La Tua Pasta we have always gone out of our way to source the best ingredients (preferably local and seasonal) and to work with small specialty producers, often family businesses like ourselves.

We know what goes into the feed for the chickens who lay our eggs. We’ve sourced truffles from Christina for 6 years, we’ve worked with Armando (who grows all of our gorgeous Delica pumpkins) for 10 years, and we source our flour from a small mill in Italy who we have worked with for over a decade.

For us, integrity of product means that we know every ingredient, every supplier and everything is up to our exacting standards, otherwise it doesn’t make it into our kitchen!

Every year the quality of our pasta has been recognised and awarded by The Guild of Fine Food. We are very proud to have received over 70 awards over the years, an amazing achievement for a pastificio (if we say so ourselves). Our pasta has also been awarded by the Pizza and Pasta Industry Awards, The Caterer, and we are recognised as a Great Taste Producer.

EASY TO PREPARE

Our Pasta is fresh and very versatile. It cooks in only 3-4 minutes. Our advice is to add some olive oil and cheese or a light sauce. However, it can also be paired with your favourite vegetables, sauce and topping for a five star feast!
