Central London: your order will arrive in 1 working day if ordered before 3pm the prior day.
Rest of London and UK: your order will arrive in 2-3 working days.
Central London: your pasta will be delivered with our refrigerated vans by our drivers. Our drivers will bring the package to your doorstep and ring your bell. If you have any special instructions for our drivers please let us know when you are placing the order (in the message box).
Rest of London and UK: your pasta will be delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs using a third party courier.
Central London includes the following delivery postcodes: E1, E2, E3, E8, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SE1, N1, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW4, NW5, NW6, NW8, NW10, W1, W2, W3, W4, W5, W6, W8, W9, W11, W12, W13, W14).
Rest of London and UK: includes all the other UK Mainland postcodes not mentioned in Central London
Central London: we deliver Mon-Sat (depending on postcode) excluding Bank holidays.
Rest of London and UK: we deliver Tue-Fri excluding Bank holidays.
We can definitely deliver to you! We always follow government guidance. We will drop the box at the doorstep and step back to respect the 2 metre distance between driver and client.
The delivery charge covers the cost of packing and delivering the pasta to you. Delivery is free of charge with orders over £30 (after any discount, promo or voucher that may be applied). If your order is below £30 we will charge £5.
You can certainly place your order over the phone. However, we encourage you to place your order through our online shop so that you can have an overview of all of the special promotions we may be running.
If you have placed a wrong order by mistake or you forgot to add some pasta, no worries! Contact us within 12 hours on 02089618024 (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm) or send us an email to email@example.com stating your order number and our customer service team will do its best to amend your order.
Yes please!! In the checkout section, you have an option to indicate if your parcel is a gift, care package or what we like to call a “pastagram”. If you check this option, together with the order we will put your special message on a gift card for you. Please write the message in the designated field. We will send a delivery note where no prices will be shown
