Products - Long Shape Pasta

All our long shape pasta is made of highly refinded flour and free range eggs.

They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook.

They maintain their form exceptionally well during cooking and absorbe well the sauces with which they are served.

We recommend serving plain our pasta with parmesan, a delicate tomato sauce or simply with a nice quality of olive oil or butter. Our unique Pesto alla Genovese sauce is highly recommended.
