La Tua Pasta was created in London in 2006 by Francesco and Caroline Boggian. It started as a small family-run business with the ambition to create delicious fresh Pasta that restaurant chefs would be proud to serve as if it was their own creation. Every day we make delicious fresh pasta that is delivered daily to some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry. With retail, catering and wholesale options we try to make sure that we have fresh pasta that caters for every industry and event.
Caroline and Francesco started the company with the idea that ‘great people and a positive environment will give us great pasta’. With this concept in mind La Tua Pasta Teams work together to ensure you receive a great product and service.
Our team of chefs share a great passion for fresh Pasta. Our kitchen chefs daily prepare all of our fillings, cooking them from scratch. Once the fillings are ready, our production team incorporate the filling into tortelloni and ravioli.
Our company is BRC certified and the products are fully accredited by the Craft Guild of Chefs.
We also believe that it is our duty to respect nature and It is a great honour to have been awarded an ACM Environmental award for achieving ‘Zero Waste to Landfill” in 2015.
