GNOCCHI POTATO WITH PESTO

SERVES:

2 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g La Tua  Pasta Fresh Gnocchi Potato Plain
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Half glass of Olive oil
  • 1 spoon of pine nuts
  • 6 spoon of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 spoon of Pecorino Cheese
  • 50 g of Basil Leaves

SAUCE PREPARATION:

  1. Trim, mince and chop all the ingredients together
  2. Once you obtain the consistence of a sauce, there you go! You have your pesto sauce made.

PASTA PREPARATION:

  1. Cook the Gnocchi in salted, boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Drain them al dente.
  3. Put the sauce on the pasta
