<p>This delicious seafood filling is made with lobster tails which is where the best of the lobster meat lies. To enhance its special rich and unique taste, the lobster tails are cooked with wine white and a little bit of garlic. For that extra delicious taste we also add a hint of tomato.</p>
<p>The tortelloni are entirely hand-made and hold lots of filling to ensure that you get a fuller flavour. When cooked, drizzle over some olive oil and serve with a garnish of fresh basil.</p>
<p>They take only five minutes to cook and can be served as a starter or as a main course for an authentic Italian dining experience with a delicious seafood twist.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://www.latuapasta.com/wp-content/uploads/031-300x200.jpg" alt="" title="03" width="300" height="200" class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-847" />We have developed a brand new recipe and pasta range following the request of a Belgium distributor: Osso Buco pasta! Osso Buco is Italian for ‘bone with a hole’ (‘Osso’ = bone, ‘Buco’ = hole) which refers to the marrow hole inside the veal shank.</p>
<p>La Tua Pasta’s Osso Buco pasta is hand made using the finest fresh pasta recipe and their unique Osso Buco recipe using braised veal shank and delicious fresh vegetables.</p>
<p>This Milanese-style meat dish is deliciously wrapped in fresh pasta parcels which only take around three minutes to cook, and can be served up hot garnished with your own home-made Gremolata.</p>
<p><strong>Here’s a quick recipe for your own Gremolata seasoning to add that extra touch of spice to your Osso Buco pasta:</strong></p>
<p>Grate the zest of one lemon and add it to two small crushed cloves of garlic.<br />
Then, mix in two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper with a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it all together, and serve generously over a bowl of fresh La Tua Pasta Osso Buco Pasta.</p>
<p>Osso Buco is traditionally made using braised veal shank cut from the top of the thigh with meat sections about 3cm thick.<br />
The meat is then floured and browned before braising in a delicious broth flavoured with fresh vegetables.</p>
<p>The new pasta was received well so we have extended our market range to include our latest flavour. If you wish to pick up a pack, make sure you order it in advance!</p>

<p>Chestnut flour is a seasonal delicacy that produces the most delicious and light pasta with a mildly nutty flavour.</p>
<p>La Tua Pasta’s seasonal chestnut Pappardelle are large, broad fettuccine. The Pappardelle are made<br />
using fresh ingredients and seasonal chestnut flour sourced from Italy to create decadently delicious pasta that goes really well with autumnal tastes.<br />
Try tossing your chestnut Pappardelle with mushrooms or aubergines, or go meaty by serving with a ragu &#8211; wild boar and duck if we may give a suggestion.</p>

<p>Pumpkin tortelloni contains the following ingredients:</p>
<p>Pumpkin, Ricotta cheese, Breadcrumbs, Italian grated cheese and Nutmeg.</p>
<p>These ingredients are carefully measured and mixed according to a traditional pasta recipe to create a delightful taste sensation that keeps our customers coming back for more!</p>

<p>There are a number of ways to serve the pumpkin tortelloni, but our suggested favourites are simply to serve it with a butter and sage sauce which you can easily cook up in your kitchen.
