CRISPY RAVIOLI FOUR CHEESE WITH HONEY AND FIGUES

SERVES:

4 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g La Tua Pasta Ravioli Four Cheese
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil to Fry
  • Black Pepper
  • Honey
  • 2-3 Figues

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat the Oil in the fryer or in the pan.
  2. Beat together the eggs in a small bowl, add a pich of salt and a black pepper.
  3. Dip each ravioli in the beaten egg, and then roll in breadcrumb.
  4. When the oil is hot, fry ravioli in batches, turning occasionally, until gold brown (3-4 minutes).
  5. Once cooked, transfer the fried ravioli to pepar towels to drain.
  6. Cut the Figue in cloves.
  7. Serve topping them with some honey and guarnish some figure.
